Wonderful Visit

This location is nice and quiet. It is very expensive on the budget. Transportation is plentiful, no need to rent a car. The shore excursions are very affordable base on AU dollar price point. The restaurants are very expensive, because this is a tourist resort. Port Douglas is a wonderful place to visit in Queensland. Do not let the price scare you away. You only live once. Enjoy Life :-)

We are missing our health insurance paperwork and in the envelope was $200 usd and approximately $100 usd in Indonesia cash. We are travelling and realized it’s missing. Very concerning 😢

Its like living in a tropical paradise, thw rooms are lovely and spacious, great size bathroom, the pool is the best, the walk to the beach is relaxing, overall its 10/10, such a beautiful chill place to come and unwind

The property menu lacked variety.
I was disappointed that upon arrival I was almost forced to attend a 90 minute seminar for a $100 restaurant voucher. I declined.
The gardens were beautiful as was the pool/pool area.
The shuttle service were great and very convenient going to and from the main town of Port douglas.
An overall pleasant stay.

Great hotel with good service and facilities, but too far from the center of Port Douglas. Expensive with shuttle bus t/r

Too far from the center. Spend over 1,200,- nkr on shuttle bus t/r for 2 in 5 days. And then it was just one walk every day.
The hotel has good service, but they do not have any store where you can buy for example drinks or food to have in the room. Poor selection in the restaurant. Stop ordering children's menus. More choices. Closed at 20:00. Obs! For me with Dia 1, this became a problem the first night. Hadn't gotten anything purchased and hungry food due to low blood sugar. Eat a lot of chocolate and snacks that night.
Great pool area. Helpful staff.
Despite this, I will not choose this hotel once again due to the location.
