Before making this trip with my family, when I looked at the comments I swear I was afraid, but the opposite of everything said. I stayed in room 217, everything very clean I did not check mold the bar wonderful pool the pool always clean in the morning. The morning coffee is very good, I don't have to question. Officials!! Ah! All wonderful, both at the cafe da manha, and those who stayed in the pool always doing that dose of my campari the way I always asked for. I've never seen my little girl so happy. Great location. All accessible. I just have to thank everyone who made these wonderful days for my family. Would you go back to the hotel? Absolutely.

Luxury is in resort. It's a good cost-benefit!

We were scared, by the negative reviews, but the hotel surprised us positively.
There is no luxury, but it should be understood that the service offered is proportional to the value paid, compared to other hotels and resorts in the city.
The rooms are simple, but have TV, fridge bar with freezer, shower with quite hot water, well-functioning air conditioning (for the Bavarian summer) and net.
The reservation I make is about cleaning. We had some punctual disorders:
1) There is no standardization of the cleaning hours of the rooms. One day, I slept in the afternoon, I was awakened with the maid. The other day, thinking that the maid would pass in the afternoon, I slept until later and the maid passed in the morning.
2) Daily cleaning is quite simple. They don't change towels, they don't replace soaps. Want more soap? Get down to the reception and order. On our arrival, there was also not, we had to ask.
3) They need to intensify the hygiene of the bathrooms.
The impression I had of the hotel - and this is not a criticism, but a finding - is that it must be undergoing an internal restructuring, especially financial. In some places, there is mention of the network "Experientia", in others there is mention of the "Florida Ocean Hotel" and, the "Floral Inn". The care the administration needs to take is that this does not cause the quality of service to fall.
Plus, it is a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. I believe they could only create a greater connection with the guests (a better reception upon arrival) and make infrastructure investments.
It's worth it. Yes, I'd come back more often.

Good hotel for vacation where the goal is not to stay in the hotel

The hotel structure and architecture is great, very beautiful, green, good pool, good coffee place. The room itself, I believe it is more a matter of luck, our was ok compared to some reviews, the first day was quite mouldy, but as the week went by. The bathroom, which was my biggest concern was good. If you want a good hotel to enjoy the hotel, it is not the case, but it is quiet to spend the days.
Now, what really bothered was the service at the hotel, it seemed to be divided into two teams: the staff of the pool bar and who took care of the coffee, who were WONDERFUL and attentive; and the staff of the reception, who at all times seemed to be making a sacrifice to take care of simple things, such as delivering the key when we were leaving (which was something advised in the hotel rules), or to interphone when something arrived at the reception. I think it was the most disappointing part

The structure of the hotel is good, large family room, sorry to be looking in decay, lack a lot of maintenance.... poor service, had a beautiful theater of @ciateatraldionisio and there was no disclosure. And in the week we're falling light every hour... without TV, internet, air conditioning, unfortunate... we don't indicate...

The hotel leaves much to be desired in cleaning and maintenance. The room we stayed in had no window, and the one in the bathroom was open to an unfinished corridor, where there was an open sewer, making it possible to hear the noise of the discharge. The pool was without maintenance, and the pool bar offered unsatisfactory service, in addition to not having any item of the menu available on the days of our stay. The massage service was reduced to a chair at the reception. Although the hotel seems to have had its glory days, currently the building is poorly cared for, the bathroom in the coffee area is unhealthy, and the staff is unprepared in the care.
