Clean room and friendly front desk.
I was driving through and looking for an affordable room to spend the night.
The room was clean and comfortable.
T helped my wife make the reservation for me as I was driving. T made sure he had everything ready in the office for a fast check in.

Great customer service
What sets our experience as excellent was T dropping his task towards the end of his shift to help use retrieve a necklace pendant my daughter dropped down the bathroom sink drain.
He did it with a smile and a great attitude even though I knew he was approaching the end of his shift. Super thankful for his help and my daughter was happy to not lose her pendant.
