Despite its proximity to the highway, the hotel offers a pleasant and quiet atmosphere. Hamburg's city centre can be reached in a short time, which makes the hotel attractive for tourists.

As a business hotel sufficient.

Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced.
I would love to go back and stay on vacation.

Apart from these, the hotel itself is not upto the 4-star category. The facilities are dated. There are no amenities in the room. Even toothbrush and razers have to be purchased.
