All dok.
We were there a week for the swearing-in of my son... really helpful and accurate staff in every detail... I asked for an iron and ironing board to iron my son's uniform and immediately became available... really a nice find.

Bad experience
As someone who has worked in the industry I promised myself not to write anything about the structures where I was bad, but this time I can not help myself.
We booked this property the day before we left, for a family event.
On the evening of arrival, although the room was not very lit, it was very evident that it had not been cleaned: dust everywhere, messy hair and hair in the shower. The sheets fortunately smelled and were clean.
The pillows of the bed had completely disintegrated padding and were very uncomfortable.
In the middle of the night we had to turn off the fridge because it was very noisy and inside there was putrid chicken meat that had been in there for who knows how long, the room was flooded with bad smell and we had to sleep with the window ajar.
Breakfast just enough. Despite the lack of cleanliness, the staff is friendly.

More than disappointed by the experience at this property I feel totally teased. Forget about the photos you will see on the various Reservation Sites because they correspond to the moment the Hotel opened and today the situation is completely different. Let’s start from the room, where the shower tray was totally absent and where instead there was only a plastic curtain to divide the shower from the sanitary ware (on the sites you can see only rooms with bathtub or shower tray). Dirty sheets, stained bed frame and curtain, a handprint was on the wall. Then there was a half-broken lamp that wobbled conspicuously. We climb into the pool area located on the top floor and the situation does not improve at all. The inside of the pool itself was not as bad as the whole surrounding environment. That little step with water that you see in the photos where you rinse your feet before entering the water is empty and full of dirt that accumulates. Umbrellas absent while the sunbeds at best are just a little dirty, otherwise they have broken net or are completely consumed by the elements. Dirty floor while in the metal skirting boards on the side wall behind the sunbeds the rust had made some important holes. Maintenance in the pool area seems to have been absent for several months, not weeks or days. I honestly also find it hard to believe that the positive reviews read in the last period are true.

Great Choice
Staff all very friendly & helpful, clean room, great breakfast every morning for just 5euros!!! Hotel located within a 2 minute walk of the metro, which will take you to various sights within parts of the city of Brescia for just 3.80euros return within a 24hr period...Get off at Vittoria stop for main part of the city where you'll find places of historical interest ie Cathedrals, grand theatre...or get off at San Faustino to see the Castle and it's museums. Big thanks to Enzo for going above & beyond for us during our stay..would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very dirty.
The room smelled of old tobacco mixed with the restauant smell from 1 floor. The inventory looks more like a hostel than a hotel.
This is surely not a 3-star hotel.
