The pillows in the rooms there are uncomfortable

When checking in front desk should inform guest of the hotel amenities and where to find them. I stop by the front desk and ask because there are signs but no info in room.
Parking was extremely affordable but not synchronized with front desk, should be more easy, it creates chaos when you lived the hotel time consuming for guest and employees.
I really was expecting more from this hotel.
