Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow! Wow!

This stunning Hotel absolutely blew us both away. We were greeted by the truly wonderful Konrad and Lukas. Konrad escorted us to our Junior Suite with balcony and increbible Mountain views of the lower Tatra Mountains. The room was so beautiful, with a kitchenette inc: fridge, coffee maker, kettle, large tv, table and 2 chairs. The whole place was spotlessly cleaned every day by the fabulous Tania and other staff members. Tania also worked in the breakfast area on certain mornings and was super efficient and very polite.
Breakfast was very nice in a cosy area and also very clean.
Vasyl was also lovely in receptionand deserves mention.
Konrad stole the show though for us and nothing was ever too much trouble when helping us with guidance and help. You are such a credit and asset to this Hotel Brand and Thank you
We will definitely return to stay in this amazing Hotel again with our New friends
I celebrated my 60th Birthday during our stay and you all made me feel extra special.
The Hotel to Krupowki street is 10 to 15 mins walk, but we enjoyed it, as there were lots of beautiful properties to admire on route.
Bambi group and Zakopane, you have stolen our hearts xx

on behalf of myself and all Bambi hotel staff I am honoured to have this privilege to respond to your wonderful opinion that also blew us all away!:-) Hospitality is for us about making a home away from home for our Guests and we do our best to achieve this goal. That is why we are more than happy we had a chance to do so to some extent and made you feel comfortably and taken proper care of.
Honestly, it was a great pleasure for us to host so attentive, open-minded, cheerful and kind people like you so please remember that you more than welcomed anytime you'd wished to come back again. Maybe in summer season this time to explore the wilderness and beauty of Tatras and related seasonal attractions like pontoon rafting, mountain guided tour or traditional Highlanders' BBQ by the fire with folk band show. Brief, you also stay in our hearts and minds so we are not saying "good-bye" but "so long", instead.

Dirty place and unpleasant crew

I booked premium most expensive apartament , it was very nice decorated but it was dirty , mold in bathroom , jacuzzi , in windows , dirty bed (matress), very unpleasant receptionist who was suggesting it may be me who made jacuzzi in my bathroom dirty when I made a claim (?!) like what is going on in there ? How dare they ?
Apartament was cold and 2-person sofa was made from like a steel leather and it shouldnt be dedicaded for sleep but only for sitting purpose (cold and very hard) The decoration isnt everything as they Think . I will not recommend this place at all

Top quality

Unbeatable accommodation.
I would repeat 100%.
Receptionist and concierge gave us 5 star service. Check-in was super smooth and fast.
Other highlights include the games room, breakfast and hot tub.

Good memories

Nice service, clean and comfortable rooms. Tasty breakfasts I think everyone will find something for themselves there (you can ask the staff for help, they are always willing to help) .Quite good locationI.There were also parking spaces, but we didn't use them this time.
