Great hotel

It was a great stay
Very excellent service, especially the restaurant and coffee, very high quality. The suite has an amazing view of the city. Thank you to all the staff at the hotel.

Very poor communication. We booked for 2 adult and 3 children a family room but only provided a only king size bed. I had to spend another 900 SAR to book another room. Only Breakfast service was good.

Not a good hotel for long stay

Room is pretty decent, nice pillows. But worst room service I have ever experienced. Stayed for more than a week and they do not change toiletries. Ran out of tissues on the third day and I had to buy my own box of tissues. Also, their in-room dining menu is always not available. And really bad wifi, had called several times and they couldn’t fix it.
