Old favourite

Been coming here for many years and this trip has been as good as ever.
Small 3 storey hotel tucked away up a side street off the Naklua road. Near to a fee top hotels but far enough away to have very little noise or traffic.
Large room with good size bathroom and a balcony. Includes air-conditioning, TV wardrobe etc.
Staff are super friendly and the pool is so quiet it often is just you using it.
Best part is the price of 650 baht a night, best value I have had in the area.
Was early arriving this time due to s flight change but they let me into my room at no extra cost before 9am. Cannot rate the quality of staff service high enough.

I book thid hotel for my friend. The hotel staff cannot find our booking when my friend check in but he allowed him to get in to the room. When my friendcheck out morning staff ask him for payment but I booked prepaid so he called me to confirmed. Then I call trip.com so the staff of trip called to the hotel to end this problem. Thank you trip.com for immediate assistance.

another great holiday

another great stay, great family hotel , staff great 10 mins away from party town , pool great rooms clean and price great, booked last minute and managed to get in , transfers were arranged at a great price, will stay again soon

Back again

A decent hotel,budget price of £90+ for a week,with ensuite large bedroom with a balcony.
Basic but with everything the budget conscious traveller would need. Beds and bathroom are no thrills,but do the job.
Quiet pool and bar area,so swimming and sunbathing are fairly private,staff are also helpful.
3% charge on credit card payments, so choose payments method accordingly.

Excellent resort at non-noisy area of Pattya!

The best stay in Pattaya. Very friendly staffs and excellent services provided. Nice pool with a bar beside it. For the very reasonable price, you also get breakfast served. Owner and his wife is a gem of a couple. Will surely stay here again if I come back to Pattaya.
