Splendid hotel for Sharjah Biennale

I was here for 3 nights with my wife for the Sharjah Biennale 16. It was absolutely the best hotel we have stayed in UAE! I would gladly come again. Everyone and I do mean all the hotel colleagues in the hotel were fantastic and offered a level of service which is uncommon to other hotels at double the price. We cannot provide feedback for all the staff but we received a wonderful welcome and farewell from Patrick at the front desk, greeted every morning warmly by Mi at breakfast and experienced a relaxing massage from Jomy at the spa. The rooms as the staff was designed to anticipate all of our needs. Will gladly recommend and will come again!

What an absolute pleasure. Will go back again with other family members and friends. The whole place is beautiful and staff was AMAZING. The service was top notch and everyone had a smile and went out their way to help with anything. Luxury with calm and relaxed break. The female spa was great. Had the place to myself.

Absolutely not to be missed!

An amazing experience, the food is delicious, the atmosphere is wonderful, and it’s strategically located in a heritage site close to the mains souqs of the city. The staff will pamper you, especially Min, whose kindness and attentiveness are unmatched.

Like a dream

Brilliant stay, like a dream! Everyone was so helpful and kind. The staff were warm and the facilities beautiful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially if traveling with a family. The restaurant staff were particularly wonderful and breakfast was always a delicious experience.

Excellent service

The food is delicious. The setting is marvelous. The service is super. Mr. Min was very attentive and he took good care of me and all the restaurant guests. Thank you very much. I will definetely come back. I was expecting good service and good food but it exceeded my expectations…
