Great stay at Aloft Buffalo airport.

Great stay at Aloft BUF. Our boys' hockey team was in Buffalo for a tournament and Zakiya and Keeyanna made us feel so welcome (great positive energy and professionalism) and took care of any questions or concerns we had.
Room was modern and clean and beds were comfortable. Would recommend for business or leisure alike.

Wow the service

I never knew of this hotel and was going to book somewhere more familiar. I'm so glad I didn't. The hotel staff was so friendly even after a million questions. Having Zakiya and Keeyahna were the best introduction to the hotel. Both knowledge and so nice. The next morning I had the pleasure of interacting with Tasha who made breakfast. Much to my surprise as I was sitting and waiting here came Miss Tasha to hand me my breakfast. The personlan touch just built on the experiences I experienced the night before. Rooms were clean and we will be back soon and over and over again!

It was a modern looking hotel with a swimming pool, gym, and bar. The front clerk was friendly, the place and room was clean. The room had a nice large screen tv, it was clean and smelled good, the king size bed was comfortable.

Wonderful service and food!

Ms. Patti (and all the staff) are exceptionally kind and considerate and a joy to interact with. You will not be disappointed with any service requested, and you may just have an enjoyable conversation as well. Worth the stay anytime, and Go Bills!
