Amazing hotel experience as a group

We went as a skating club from Alberta and we had a great stay at this hotel. One of the only hotels in Great Falls that would book rooms for us as a group. The kids loved the pool and waterslide and the breakfast was great. The hotel staff were also very accommodating with whatever we needed. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Overall it was good but we had to get many keys and none worked we had to keep going back to the front desk over and over and gotloced outside not fun

Stayed here while my daughter had an event. The hotel is decent. Fairly clean.

The rooms were fairly clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. Just be aware, the chlorine levels in the pool must have been off. It was burning my eyes just sitting on the pool deck watching my daughter. No mini fridge in the rooms tho, kind of frustrating for the price you pay.

Needs renovation or a reduced price

The hotel has some rooms that have been renovated, and others that are in desperate need of renovation. Unfortunately, we were in an older room. It had stains on the floors, curtains, and ceiling. The curtains were ripped. The bed was very, very uncomfortable. We were traveling with a group, and pretty much everyone with a room that had not been remodeled had a similar experience. There should be a price reduction if you get placed in one of these rooms.

Request a remodeled room!!

Request a remodeled room because the old rooms are gross. Here were the issues with our room:
Couch sagging and stained.
Bench stained.
Red and brown carpet gross.
Smell of “old and musty” in room.
Curtains broken and stained.
No fan in bathroom.
Wallpaper stained and gross.
Dirt on bed when we arrived.
Someone else’s sock on the floor.
Can’t charge anything on lamp next to bed because so old that the outlet doesn’t work.
Lamps and phone disgusting brown goo and dirt everywhere.
WiFi not good.
Pink slime in grout.
Lobby carpet very dirty and wrinkling causing trip hazards.
Stairwell and hallways need vacuuming.
All in all the place needs updating which seems like they have started doing in some rooms so ask for them!
