Friendly folks

I’m very please with my hotel selection for this trip. Marcos and Alondra at the front desk made me feel very welcome upon checking in. Great conversation and genuinely friendly folks. The music in the lobby was fitting for the happy hour I walked into. Free beer, wine and snacks down in the lobby - yes please! What a way to unwind after a long day.

Overall Experience

I had an overall good experience. Great comfortable bed with fluffy pillows and very quiet room as well. The person who took care of me at the front desk most of my stay was Alondra. If I asked for the billing or needed housekeeping she would always help me regardless what she was doing. Definitely would stay here again.

STAY HERE FOR WORK

Best hotel in town. Spacious and clean rooms.
Best customer service. Very accommodating. Management made changes to the breakfast and dinner menus just to accommodate everyone making it a 5 stars breakfast and dinner menu.
This looks like a resort, specifically the pool.
Janette from the front desk is a star. She goes above and beyond to help customers.
I was treated like a family in this hotel. They are military and family friendly.
I stayed here over a year for work.
On behalf of my entire family and me, we say thank you.
Hope to come back soon.

Salome makes your room a home away from home. Special occasions- call and get your room prepared with balloons flowers and more.
The manager, Mariam, is committed to gaining your loyalty. She goes above and beyond for groups. She welcomed feedback and improved offerings every time we came back.
Heater Pool, Great Gym, local gym access as well, and never ending coffee.
