Great Stay

The assistant Manager and receptionist are very kind ,very professional and welcoming . The room was very clean and beyond amazing, the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on doing a get away once a month here .

2bedroom 2 bath was nice size. Bathrooms are tiny. Clean. Surrounding area seemed a little sketchy. Would stay again.

The rooms are nice and comfortable. Renovations were still going on outside, but the room was already renovated. Our family was concerned for our safety on the day we checked in. There is a homeless encampment across the street and some strange people walking around on the hotel property. The hotel did have a security guard on duty at night.

We were very disappointed overall with our stay. While the room was clean and comfortable, the pool was out of order as was the exercise room. Instead of breakfast being extended to 10 a.m. on the weekend like most other places I have stayed, it ended at 9 a.m. In addition, I was trying to call the hotel to ask if we could check in early and I ended up in an endless loop. I was able to talk to agents who gave me instructions to reach the front desk that continuously got me back where I started. I finally got the the hotel where I was told that they had lost power and would be unable to allow me to check in because they couldn't access their system. It just felt like there should be something they should be able to do. In addition, there is an RV parked right across from the hotel with all kinds of junk piled on and around. It's clearly a homeless individual who has taken up residence. I would not stay here again.
