It was great! The staff really took pride in customer service. Everyone was wonderful. Our children had a blast. We were part of the soccer tournament group! Thanks for everything.

We stayed here for one night as a family. Weve stayed in Embassy Suites before abd this location before, but i was dissapointed this time. The hotel is becoming quite dated and needs a refeesh. The heater in our room clanked every few minutes all night, making a good night sleep impossible. The usually wonderful hot breakfast is more like less expensive hotels - not a wide vareity of options and big blank empty areas across the counters. The only thing thats always nice is a little bit more room for everyone with the suites. However, it's losing its value.

Nice large king suite. Comfortable. Service was great. Only issue was the heat was too high so i turned it down a bit then got too cold. Tried to up again but wouldnt get warm and fan on it just kept much a loud high pitch noise didnt stop . I was so exhausted not much sleep. But i turned it off a few times by morning it reset or something. Repo rted to front desk. Never sent anyone.

Very nice hotel and the breakfast in the morning is perfect. They have everything from cooked hot food down to cold cereal. Definitely will be staying again.

Inconsistent service. Some staff are excellent, but some less so. Our room was not regularly cleaned, and when it was, it was not replenished. We ran out of shower gel on day three of six nights and it was never replenished. No coffee cups and we had to ask repeatedly for our room to be cleaned and even then it was not. Breakfast is excellent. They charge $12 a night for parking when you arrive and the parking is erratic. Sometimes you have to walk all the way around the hotel to find a space. May as well just park across the street at Target for free.
