Fab stay, very welcoming, lovely hotel

Lovely stay at the brand new Hotel Indigo. Gorgeous hotel, excellent facilities, fab restaurant on site, cool speakeasy in the basement. Rooms are large and very comfortable, and have nespresso machines. A big win! The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Not a single fault, I will certainly be back!
Great location too! West Chester on the doorstep!

I was not impressed. The staff acted like it was crazy to request more towels. I will not be back. The staff at the restaurant downstairs were even worse.

I really like the location of this hotel. A couple of notes that if you do not like seafood then the smell from the restaurant will overwhelm you. As soon as you step in you can smell it. I was on the 5th floor and it was up there. The gym was equipped but the wipes were bone dry and after telling the front desk nothing was done to replace it. Rooms were clean but had to ask for more towels and coffee for a three day stay. Coffee in the lobby is really good. The front desk staff is also exceptional. The speak easy also was great but the floors outside of it were sticky and the bathroom downstairs was not taken care for in the mornings after when I was using the gym

Beautiful property- rooms very nice and clean. Parking easy in lot next door. Only issue was shower water barely ran lukewarm and was even cool for some of our family.

Stay here!

My husband and I recently stayed the night here visiting friends in West Chester. Clean, great aesthetic, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great bathroom. The location is right in the midst of breakfast spots and restaurants in downtown West Chester. The WC Seafood that opens into the hotel lobby had a great bar with fantastic cocktails. Short stay but zero complaints.
