Perfect and super central basic hotel

Basic but perfect hotel to be excellently located in Berlin.
Keep to what he says. Good bathroom good bed and good price.
I recommend it. The workers do not overflow with sympathy, but that is true throughout Berlin in general.
If I return to Berlin, I will stay here again

Bad hotel and dirty old though good place to visit but hope money to sleep nice shopping center walking distance

Dirty hotel beds are not changed bad service old mold bathroom it needs to be refurbished for the price! Paid 160 staff night! The surroundings are super! Viewing much nearby! But no service from the hotel

Great Location

It was a lovely stay in June , i had short time in the city but this location is perfect , staff needs training about hospitality but rest of the things were just perfect , near to Berlin mall ,metro , Brandenburg toor and many attractions , will come back in June again

Brilliant hotel, will stay again

This is a gem of a hotel. Centrally placed for everything.. Opposite the Mall which has a floor with every type of take out (or eat in the hall) you can imagine. The beds were comfy, either double or split them into twins, the room was warm (November) with adjustable radiator, shower was hot and powerful. Didnt see much of the staff but those on the desk were attentive and helpful. Free WiFi. Rooms cleaned every day - if you want. Our room wss very clean! Towels provided.
We had a ground floor room, no 7, and it was very peaceful. Had 3 good nights sleep here. The Potsdamer Platz stations are at the end of the road, 5 min walk at the most, all lit and safe for night time. It's not a shiny posh hotel but it gets 5 stars from me as it's exactly what we were after. Even let us leave our luggage all day on departure day in their locked store room. Cant fault the location and cant fault the accommodation. We walked to Topography of Terror, Checkpoint, Jewish memorial and Brandenburg. All close by.
The only thing missing was a kettle for tea/coffee. But the booking did say that when i booked so i was prepared. Will defo come again.

The worst customer service in Europe. It is a priority to earn a few cents even if you have not used it. Bad company of loan sharks. NEVER BOOK INTO THIS HOTEL OR IF THERE ARE ANY PROBLEMS OR ERRORS THEY DON'T EVEN TALK TO YOU. They don't care, period. Above is helped and supported by Booking.
