Attention to detail

Super cozy hotel, clean, with really amazing attention to detail. In the room we found free water, two types of pillows, a large wardrobe and a well-equipped bathroom. Exceptional Wifi. Breakfast is very good, even here it is all studied in detail. There were no cakes, only croissants and mini waffles, but bread and cereals of all kinds, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs and salmon. Friendly and professional staff. Free parking in front of the hotel. Oh, congratulations.

I can't wait to come back!

Everything was perfect! Clean, spacious, very comfortable beds, super delicious breakfast with something for everyone! And the staff is competent, friendly, helpful and smiling at all times of the day.
What I also found great is the parking at the back of the hotel. You can enter the hotel through the back entrance and save yourself the trip to the main entrance. Very practical in rainy weather.

A hotel for mechanics. Cheap and a good breakfast buffet. Parking spaces available. No question about it. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and is replenished. We will be back. There is no more ideal accommodation between Tübingen and Reutlingen (Memingen).

Door cannot be opened from the inside

I booked this hotel on the way to a customer for a business trip. There was a small surprise when I checked in: the registration form listed my home address, which has been invalid since the beginning of 2017. So be it. The room appeared decent at first glance but moderately clean (carpet inadequately cleaned). The bed linen gave off a penetrating smell of fabric softener, which could not be compensated for by opening the window wide. But the icing on the cake was yet to come: when I wanted to go to breakfast in the morning, the hotel room door could no longer be opened from the inside (probably a technical defect). When I called reception and asked for me to be released from the room as quickly as possible, the manager named in the imprint promised to be there within 5 minutes. This turned into over 10 minutes. He tried to open the door, which ultimately took another 10 minutes. led to the complete dismantling of the door (it was literally "lifted off its hinges").
It's unthinkable what would have happened in an emergency. My escape route would have been blocked!
When I returned from breakfast, the repairs had not yet been completed, so I had to work with the door open while I prepared for my customer visit and endure the live experience of the repairs progressing.
My verbal complaint and request for goodwill were rejected. I was then given details of legal disputes about leaky windows, presumably with the previous owners, that I was not interested in.
My further written complaint and request for goodwill was acknowledged with the words that unfortunately they had no influence on the technical defect and that, furthermore, all the services I had booked had been provided.
A remarkable way of looking at things.
At least I was confirmed that my personal data had been deleted from the system. Never again!
