Pleasant hotel

I was happy with my stay. The hotel is a bit older, but the room and bathroom were clean and modern. Check-in was also easy. A few minutes' walk away is a bus stop called "Eißendorfer Pferdeweg Mitte". From there, take the S-Bahn for 3 stops to the "Heimfeld" stop. You can also walk the distance. From there, it takes 20 minutes to get to the main train station.

OK for one night stay

A real pity, for no doubt that the owners bone everything they can for this little place - a former wealthy villa. We needed a place for a night stay after passing the Elb tunnel - and the choice fell on this place. And it can definitely be used as such. It appears in most places worn but OK cleaned. The villa is full of circles - and performs the smallest elevator you can imagine. But it works. Room and beds OK. The breakfast room was some of what was shinet up and the breakfast was fine. But you may be surprised that you choose to have three coffee machines, of which only one works - and only when the only staff present finds out how to empty and clean the drawer underneath. The reception is not staffed in the evening, but you can get your key through a box at the entrance. There were also problems when checking out, as (again) the only person present did not know exactly how to do when paying by card ... ... ...

snow white Maserati

Not worth the money! Breakfast staff smoke in an unmarked smoking area at the exit to the car park!

Very run down, the curtains are partially torn, carpet strips are torn out, mold/stains in the shower! Musty smell in the little room! The only light in the room is a ceiling light! The room is only cleaned on the second day! After Hamburg's terrible weather, there is a 4mx4m deep fish pond right in front of the unlit and unpaved car park entrance. The hotel owner at the reception couldn't care less, he parks his snow-white Maserati right in front of the hotel entrance.

Not recommended!

A more than sparsely furnished little room. A kettle, 1! glass, torn-out moldings and torn curtains. Heating turned down. Mold and stains in the shower. The "parking lot" in the unlit backyard resembles a fish pond after bad weather, through which the guests' cars want to drive, but that's not the problem of the "hotel" owner, who parks his snow-white Maserati flood dyke right in front of the hotel entrance. That's not even close to the level of a poor man's Lindtner hotel!

Lovely room, bed comfortable, bathroom functional but dated.
Convenient to help settle my daughter into her new apartment locally in Heimfeld.
A little annoyed that the room was not cleaned after 2 days as listed on the room information - I was staying for 4 nights - I questioned this with reception who shrugged and said the cleaners had probably forgotten to do it! It wasn't cleaned the next day either!
