I was really disappointed with my stay. Even though the hotel has a paid parking lot, my car got scratched there and the receptionist showed no interest in helping me resolve the situation. The room itself was spacious, but one of the lights didn’t work and the hairdryer in the bathroom was out of order. For just an overnight stay it was acceptable, but overall the experience was not worth it.

Warm, worn and smell of smoke

Great hotel, but we unfortunately did not enjoy our stay. Late summer in Kassel without air conditioning or fans in the room with carpets for the night unfortunately does not work. If you open the window, smell of smoke from the parking lot or other rooms. Dirty, stained layer and shampoo in the bathroom smelled of strongly of men's perfume.
We stayed here for a single night on our way home from vacation. Chosen, among other things, because of the possibility of letting. 11kw charger available but more expensive than fast charger by various providers.
Overall we were disappointed with our stay.

The hotel does not look like the pictures.
There was a long queue to check-in. Apparently the Sunday manager did not have control over the rooms that were already book.
The restaurant was not open and we did not know until we arrive that afternoon
Internet did not work.
The room was clean and had enough space for a family of 4.

Easily accessible from the Autobahn, good. Spacious room with comfy beds and good linen.
No fridge or drink making facilities in room, just a bottle of water.
Decor is tired. Carpets, curtains and chairs need a refresh

Do not stay here

Well below standards expected, water pressure in the shower terrible and unusable. Rooms tired and in dire need of some money spending. WiFi so poor I couldn’t even get past the captive portal. Food was ok, bar was nice. Overall though you’d have to pay me to stay here gain
