Bed a bit hard and as most hotels in Germany, double beds are actually 2 single beds side by side.

Incredibly bad food ☹️
I ordered the following dishes:
Starter: “Small mixed salad with vinaigrette and herb butter croutons”
Main course: “Zander fillet, Müllerin style, on buttered root vegetables, with Dijon mustard sauce and parsley potatoes”.
I was unfortunately very disappointed. I haven’t eaten so badly in a long time.
The zander fillet was fried much too much. The skin was almost black and the fish was therefore very dry. The worst thing, however, was the mustard sauce, which tasted like a bad ready-made sauce.
The parsley potatoes were also barely edible, as they were also served with an indefinable sauce.
I asked the waiter about the quality of the food. But there was no feedback.
It’s really a shame!

We will be back!
After looking through the small but fine menu, we decided on Sauerbraten with dumplings and Alsatian tarte flambée. Big praise to
the chef, the dishes were of very good quality and quantity and were attractively presented. Ultimately, the very attentive service made for a pleasant evening.

As it rained a lot, we used the great sauna (€16/person) and went into the lake to cool off.
