You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. If you expect to arrive outside of reception opening hours, please inform Familien Wellness Hotel Restaurant Seeklause in advance. Please also inform the accommodations in advance how many children will be staying with you, so that the accommodations can arrange the extra beds in advance. Please also note that payment is due upon arrival. For each pet brought with you, a fee of € 30.00 per night will be charged. We are happy to prepare a mat, a bowl and a small treat for your four-legged friend. Your pet may also stay alone in the room.If you are on holiday in our hotel with a dog, pay attention to, that your pet must be kept on a leash and does not harass or endanger any hotel guests. Your four-legged friend will have to do without the restaurant, the wellness area, the Piraten-Insel-Usedom and the facilities located there (indoor play area "Piratenbucht", animation house "Zum Freibeuter", etc.).
