BW Plaza Zwickau: Free parking and spacious rooms
In March 2024, I stayed in room 108 on the first floor for one night. The double room was clean and quite spacious and equipped with a good, large bed, a desk running the entire length of the window (around 3 meters), refrigerator, good blackout curtains, laminate flooring, fruit plate, coffee/tea maker, luggage rack, two armchairs, one small table, television and a cupboard with a safe (can be used free of charge).
The associated bathroom was tiled and, in addition to the toilet and sink, also had a shower corner with a basin, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Shower gel is provided.
Our room price of around 100 euros included breakfast for two people (otherwise 13 euros per person). Breakfast is available from 6 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and on weekends from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. It was rich and tasted good to me. I would particularly like to mention the fresh scrambled eggs, the rolls, yoghurts, various types of cheese and sausage, three jams, bread, rolls, croissants and the coffee machine, which runs quite slowly but makes good coffee variations.
In addition to WiFi, the hotel also offers a Finnish sauna (6 euros) on the upper floor, an event floor with a conference room, a smokers lounge and, at times, take-away coffee on the reception level. Also interesting: If you skip room cleaning for several nights, you will receive a voucher for a free drink at the bar.
The reception was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and quickly. You can also check in online and save yourself the paperwork at reception.

Right hotel. Very bad parking
The biggest flaw is parking. There are few parking spaces in asphalt area so it is parked in a field that was a barrel. It is true that they only charge 1 euro/day for parking, but even that is a lot to park in a neighbourhood.

Short trip
As a Best Western member, had free upgrade to the suite with beautiful city views (6. Floor)
Breakfast for 13 euros was without complaint but also without highlights
here is something else going on......
The restaurant in the hotel is a Greek with really very good value for money.
The food is excellent, the service as well - really worth a visit.
