Happiness

We been there with family. We enjoyed very much. Kids was happy with staff and we have time with my wife together. A special thanks to Misses NAFISA❤️ She helped us about everything till we turning back home. Spasibo NAFISA. Food was delicious a specially dinners! Thanks for your hospitality

Not even close to 5*

Our holiday wasn’t even close to as described.
The food was utterly abysmal. Exactly the same food every single day on the buffet with no change, just chips and chicken and a load of weird salty mush.
The a la carte restaurant was a joke. Absolutely no meal choice, we arrived and there was a selection of starters already out on the table, covered in flies looked like it had been there for ages. Then we were only given an option of chicken or beef, which is astonishing for an “Italian” restaurant. I opted for the chicken my partner opeted for the beef. Both dishes arrived stone cold, the chicken felt like it had just come out of the fridge.
Neither of us touched the food, this combined with the severe lack of English spoken in this hotel made it a horrid experience in the restaurant as we couldn’t communicate the issues we had.
Our mains were taken away untouched (staff didn’t even ask us if it was okay or acknowledge we hadn’t touched it)
We swiftly decided to go back to the buffet so we could actually eat something edible.
This hotel is so far from 5* it’s a joke.
The communication problem really frustrated us, being asked by multiple members of the hotel staff if we spoke Russian, for them to then have to get out google translate to speak English with us.
How is this a hotel EasyJet can reccomend. It’s clearly not focused around English people which also meant the entertainment was all done in another language, and was honestly just ludicrous even without the language barrier.
I could not be more disappointed this is where we chose to spend our one holiday of the year.
Only saving grace was the rooms weren’t dirty, but the beds were uncomfortable, with a bed spread that didn’t even cover the bed, meaning we were constantly without sheets through the night.
I would never recommend this hotel. Shocking experience.

Yasmin also has life

We loved the hotel service. The memorable welcome conversation of the mind working at the reception at the hotel we arrived for the anniversary also showed us the quality of the hotel’s staff. We were leaving on Thursday for another day to take advantage of the services of this one-of-a-kind hotel. First, I would like to thank the other staff who work at the hotel after the memorable.

A lovely place to visit

Our holiday here was from 19/05 – 26/05 and we stayed in room 2326 on the 3rd floor which had an amazing view of the sea, the landscape and the massive resort and what a great resort it is.
We didn't have any expectations of the resort but following our stay we will be comparing other resorts to Yasmin Bodrum.
The room was lovely and cleaned every day or as needed.
Everywhere inside and out was clean and tidy.
All the resort and cleaning staff were friendly and willing to help with a smile.
Food was available all day, with a wide selection of different fresh dishes to choose from and you could sit inside or out to eat and take in the great views.
It was a very lovely relaxing break in a lovely scenic resort.
Apologies to any staff who we’ve missed out but many thanks to the following for making our stay very enjoyable: Ali the Night Manager, Kader at reception, Derya and Nafisa at Guest Relations, Burcak, Esra, Pevin, Cahide, and Cagri and the Jet2 staff.
Yetis (i hope I've spelt that correctly) who arranges coach travel if you want to visit the local area etc, was very helpful and a really nice guy.
We had a lovely stay.
