Worst accommodation

The worst accommodation i have seen in Romania. Dirty walls and floors, the beds were broken, the sheets were yellow not white. No air conditioning. The bathroom was filthy. Overpriced. Not even homeless should stay here.

Just in case you do not find anything else

I've stayed at this place a few times during my visits in Cluj-Napoc, but sadly I have to say that the quality is strongly degreding. Rooms are ok, but outdated. Breakfast was complicated as the waiter could not speak any English. You can find much better places around at the same price.

Dirty as hell!

I can't believe there is such a dirty pension in the middle of Cluj Napoca! And it's managed by incredibly rude family, who pretended that if the price is low, we have no right to ask for cleanliness! Stay away!

A health danger

We were a group of people coming to a sports competition. This was booked in advance by the federation. However...the conditions and the service was absolutely unacceptable.
We arrived very late so it was impossible to cancel and move to another hotel, taking into account that we were a big group.
We lived with the conditions. The second day, at lunch we noticed that the 2L still water bottles were open...They were reusing plastic bottles to "sell" us fake still water from the sink. This is a health risk beyond imagination!
Very dirty!
The service is crap - the people there were very rude and had no consideration whatsoever about the guests.
No consideration for public health safety in a restaurant.

Mediocre at best

The pictures of the hotel on the website are good but to be honest i found the hotel a little tired and basic.
The hotel staff speak very little English and as such there were a few mis-understandings and communication problems. Their website says one price but we were charged another for our stay.
At best I'd say my stay was medicore and the facilities pretty much standard and could do with a bit of up dating. Plugs were off the wall and the furnishings looked tired and had seen better days.
Breakfast was basic. We ended up popping round the corner to the local bakery to get a decent coffee and croissants
Dinner - the food was all fried - it was okay but not what I'd expect of a '3 star' hotel and as a result we ate out for the rest of our trip.
On the whole the hotel was okay it was clean and did a job but i wouldn't have wanted to stay too long. 4 night was about right.
