Beautiful stay!

We spent a beautiful stay during the carnival long weekend. The hotel is beautiful in a beautiful setting. We were assigned room 213 overlooking the lake. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows a 10.
Breakfast is super complete and served until 10.30.
The pools in the floating square are cold water, the pools next to the restaurant are warm water and there is another roof that is heated.
There is a walking circuit in the woods inside the hotel. We're delighted, we'll be back.

Nice hotel. Little empathy on the part of management

My husband suffered an accident when he stumbled upon a door lock that is in the middle of the hallway at the entrance of the bathroom which resulted in him being taken to the hospital, there they assisted him excellently but his foot immobilized throughout the stay (obviously we could not do most of the walks). I want to highlight the immense gratitude we have to the hotel staff as they were always attentive and containing us in such a circumstance. We thank Facundo, Leandro, Ignacio, Víctor for all they did and I extend it to all the staff. I can not say the same of the hierarchical staff since at no time they communicated with us. PLEASE MOVE THAT LOCK BA DOORS SO NO ONE ELSE GETS HURT AGAIN

UPDATED OPINION

We were with my husband and baby.
The bathroom in the room had a horrible cigarette smell.
The grail cleaning is good but the railings that go to the floating restaurant had, no less than 100 spiders everywhere!
They are super important details in a stay
The food is very good!

CHOOSE WITHOUT HESITATION THIS PLACE

We were really surprised with this hotel. The location is excellent, the attention of all staff is worth noting. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, very clean. The breakfast offers a variety of options. They have several swimming pools and yaacuzzis, loungers, sun loungers, drink bar, activities for adults and children. The restaurant has a fine decoration, a very complete menu, both food and wine. And the dessert strawberry, the live music. We loved Alejandro Aguilera !!!! MUSIC with capital letters !!!!

It was a beautiful weekend, the rooms overlooking the lake are the most, very good service of the maids as well as the rest with their exquisite dishes and a good wine cellar
Definitely a beautiful place to enjoy with family.
