Good location Motel in Brisbane

We did end up returning to this motel mainly for the price and the fact we could park for free and we only o.50 cent bus/train ride to the city (20 minutes ride) ....
they do have ceiling fan which was a plus for us as we don't like to sleep in Air con. but unfortunately, there was a very small window we could keep open, and the shower is hard to get in or out of, smell a bit musky but not a big problem...
Nice place to sit out sde the room but a bit hot once the sun is out
Great to have the 306 / 322 but rots just stop right next to the motel and there is a traun not far but very limit service

Handy hotel for airport traveller

The Twine room we booked (we rang the hotel directly not via the internet booking pages, so we save us $9) very friendly stuff, was surprise to how quit the night was as the hotel is situated right next to a very busy road (Sandgate Road), The room was spacious and nice chair to sit on to watch TV (not have to sit on the bed...), clean shower & toilet, The room felt clean, The beds where comfy (had single & double beds), Was handy to a really good Indian (Punjabi DAWAT)restaurant and other good range of eatery's. There is a bus stop right in front of the motel (there is the Clayfield railway station but there is not train to this station on Sunday) We didn't have to use a shuttle bus to the airport in the morning but there is an option for a bus. Didn't had a problem with parking our car
The one issue we had is the stairs from the carpark to the room, having some problem with my knees it was some issue.

Nice little motel that is located conveniently close to the airport and cruise terminal. About 7-10 min drive. A bit difficult to get into and out of the driveway if you’re driving or need an Uber to pick up luggage, but simple enough and with free parking in the city. Bed could be a bit more comfortable, but overall amenities are fine, as is the continental breakfast. Front desk folks are amazing and accommodating.

Great little place

Stayed here the night before we flew out to Cambodia. Dan the on-site manager booked us in for a free lift to the international terminal with the motels vehicle. As luck would have it ,Dan has spent time in Cambodia and passed on a great deal of knowledge to us. The room itself was clean and tidy and appeared to have been renovated since the last time we were here. Being able to park your car here whilst on holidays is a big bonus as well for a minimal fee. However this can only be done by booking directly with them. Overall highly recommend this hotel when heading OS.

Super Clean, lovely bathroom , easy after hour check in, close to the airport , shuttle to the airport is a bonus , street outside is busy

From March 2025, the shuttle service will not operate on Saturday or Sunday mornings. Please note that our airport shuttle holds a maximum of 9 passengers plus the driver and due to safety concerns, we cannot take surf boards and ski bags on the shuttle. Please contact the property in advance if travelling with more than 3-4 large suitcases and hand luggage.
