A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note, there is a 1.4% credit card surcharge when using a credit card. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Please note that this property has a 'No Party Policy'. Parking is available at the adjacent public parking lot which has a height restriction of 6.2 ft at additional charge.
