Elegant yet felt at home

Stayed for 5 days during a business visit, from the moment I arrived I felt comfortable from the warm reception which was smooth and quick to my room which was classy and very comfortable. Room decor is very chick clean and updated, comfortable big bed and even an outdoor balcony area
Very comfortable indeed and right in the heart of Wagga.
Restaurant downstairs definitely best in town, with beautiful choice and wines.
Would stay here again.

Beware the Standard Room

False advertising. Budget room clearly states internal room so paid for a standard room. Turns out (if you read to the end of the fine print) this is also an internal room. No natural light for 2 days. Awful.
Everything else about the hotel good so I feel if they were honest about this type of room the. It’s a choice. But I absolutely feel I was misled. Haven’t worked out why the standard room cost more than a budget.....
Have never come across an internal room at a hotel before so it really should be made clear

So noisy we didn’t sleep a wink

Nice room, central to everything in Wagga. Food was great... BUT the rooms are SO noisy !! Loud banging and noise all night we hardly slept for 2 long nights! Staff both days were lovely, I’m sure it’s not the first person that has told them it’s nosiest hotel ever. Certainly not their fault, but we would never stay again !

Comfortable & Convenient

My husband and I made a mini road trip to Wagga for a break/change of scenery. The Townhouse is in a great location right in the middle of town with private off-street parking and restaurants + shops all within a 2 minute walk. Our check-in at reception was very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in an Executive Spa Suite as we were there for a couple of nights and wanted some space and comfort. The room had a large king size bed, a sofa, armchair with footrest + a table with 2 dining chairs. The bathroom had a walk in shower as well as a large corner spa bath. There was also a small balcony for those that like some fresh air. The restaurant was booked out for our first night so we ordered room service, which turned up very promptly and was very enjoyable and of a good standard. We also chose to have room service breakfast which turned up on time and was generous in serving sizes. All the staff we had interaction with were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. **one thing to note - there is another listing for this hotel under Townhouse International Wagga.

Great location, great room, great stay

In Wagga for the weekend for work. Even with Covid restrictions, hotel was able to provide a clean and comfortable room to stay which is right in the middle of town, close to everything. Loved our stay. Will be back!
