Highly recommended.

Despite poor reviews, on arrival we found a major upgrade had clearly been undertaken. This was the most stylish and comfortable motel room we had stayed in during three weeks of travel through three states. We picked up the keys from the adjoining garden centre where good coffee and an excellent breakfast menu is available. We were warmly welcomed by staff.

Not for me!

No one at reception- rang a number and was told to ring back later. The room stank of urine (found this out after the air freshener ceased to function and the aircon was turned off)-the faciities were very basic and when the guests in the next room showered we were treated to loud bangs and rattling. A truly unfogettable stay for all the wrong reasons.

Pathetic and Disgusting

Travelling back to Brisbane 0n 16 July 2024 after my husbands mothers funeral the previous day, we were very late to book 2 rooms with this establishment. We booked through booking.com, received confirmations and receipt and special request confirmation of late check-in.
On arrival at this establishment, we were told they were over-booked and not to worry that if we sent a cancelation request to booking.com, they would notify the motel and our refund would be a forgone conclusion, as the over-booking was not our fault. The gentlman there even said "it happens, not often, but it happens, and don't worry you'll get your refund".
Going forward 3+ weeks, booking.com has emailed our cancelation request to the motel, No Reply.
Our emails regarding this issue, No Reply.
Our phone call to the owner of the motel, "NOT OUR PROBLEM contact booking.com".
I would suggest that if you are going to Warwick Qld, that you DO NOT even contemplate using this establisment, as apparently they are so hard up for money that they resort to stealing $240.00 (booking cost), and that they may not honour your booking and keep the money for themselves.

Lost my booking!?!?

How do you lose a booking that’s been confirmed?!?! Used to be a great place and I loved the friendly welcoming atmosphere but I’m guessing either new owner or manager and now there is rarely anyone in the office to greet you and getting them to answer a phone call or return a call is nigh on impossible. You’ve had your chances and I won’t be back and will not be recommending here to anyone ever again. Think I’d prefer to stay at the pub and share a bathroom!!

OMG Terrible

Terrible room, dark, old, dirty, toilet button broken, had to use a wad of toilet paper to flush, no hot water, lukewarm at best, sink old and badly stained, mismatched scratched dirty furniture, bathroom door scratched obviously by a dog. I’m here, no other rooms available anywhere in Warwick and I’m afraid to get into the bed.
