Fine experience in transit

Hotel in as the name says a beautiful Villa in a suburb of Weimar. The decor is tasteful and done with great care and attention to detail. Our room was spacious and quiet. Everything is spotless. Tasty and rich breakfast buffet. Nice and helpful service. A reasonable price. What More Could a Traveler Want?

Good location and nice staff, nice Villa but stopped in the 90s

The staff was really friendly and guest oriented. Unfortunately, the kindness of the staff cannot make up for the ageing condition of the hotel. The bathroom was clean but very dated, the decoration - including curtains and furnishings - stopped in the 1990s and was a bit depressing. The beds were okay.
The breakfast room was very small and really not attractively furnished. A mix can be pretty, but here everything seemed very mixed up and a bit provisional. Breakfast was in a pleasant atmosphere (again thanks to the nice staff) but was expandable. A basket with plenty of fresh fruit and different cereals would have been great. Even a nice bowl of cottage cheese would surely have made many guests happy. A small cup of cottage cheese, on the other hand, is quickly consumed and soy yoghurt in the original cup from which everyone uses is not appetizing. On the second day very delicious scrambled eggs were freshly prepared and served. The bread rolls were good, the selection overall sufficient. There were no croissants or sweet baked goods.
The house itself with the beautiful balconies is great and well located. This could really be a lot nicer.

Clean, convenient and very nice

Very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was updated. Parking available onsite and short pleasant walk to the center of town. Jana, the manager was friendly, helpful and spoke English. The breakfast was very good. We would stay there again.

Very satisfied

The quiet location near the old town and the park is very convenient. The room was spacious (although the bathroom was small). The breakfast was very plentiful and varied. The staff is very friendly. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily come back!

Good breakfast, matresses soft

Rooms (two doubles, one of which superior) were simple, friendly and clean. Very pleasant breakfast room, good and healthy choice. Front desk may not be available after 5 pm. Quiet location near the parc, but it's always a 15-25min walk to town, restaurants etc.
