Modern, clean hotel in Foz with a touristic office to book Iguazú falls next door. What’s not to like. Good breakfast too.

We prepaid 2 nights at this hotel because we were arriving at 2am and wanted to ensure we had a nice place to stay. When we arrived, we met the host in the un-air condtioned lobby. She then proceeded to inform us there was a mistake and they had NO rooms available. However, they had a sister property. The place was the worst place we've ever slept in.... ever.... broken air conditioning, moldy smell in room, roaches in the room, very uncomfortable bed. We had no choice.. it was 2am and a dangerous neighborhood at night. We checked online and it was showing Safa was available!! The sister property.. price was less than half of Safa online and Safa did not offer any reimbursement. They took our money and we did not get what was promised. Stay away!

Experience could be better

The hotel itself is new and has good rooms, although the suites for couples are small, it is nothing that interferes with the experience.
My score would be higher if it weren't for some fundamental points:
- we were in 4 rooms, 10 people, that is, a large no of revenue being generated. Still, they made zero issue of making late check-out available in PLENA MONDAY;
- when we tried to talk to the manager, he did not dispose;
After two hours of late check-out, they called my mother's room, the only elderly,
requesting them to withdraw;
- wardrobes were in the hallway talking that some guests did not want to leave kkk;
- little empathy with children - we ordered some fruits for breakfast for my 1 year and 9 months old niece, and the attendant said that she couldn't make it available at the management's request.
And finally,
In full summer the pool bar bar bar bar opened, which was awful in full heat of 40*.
The total score would be a 3.8

GREAT HOTEL. GREAT OPTION. GREAT LOCATION. VALE A PENA. EXCELLENT PRICE.

The hotel Safa Foz do Iguaçu was a great positive surprise. I just stayed in this hotel and everything was wonderful. Starting with the polite, kind and efficient care of all employees: Ademir, Carlos, Joshua and others who I do not remember the name, but were very attentive; my camaraderie Renata, super attentive and impeccable cleanliness; the breakfast staff: Wonderful, cheerful and gentle, you are incredible. The fit I got 204 is spectacular. The wonderful, tasty breakfast and all the common spaces of the hotel are finely decorated. This SAFA HOTEL FOZ DO IGUAÇÚ I SUPER RECOMMEND. The location is perfect. I loved spending my days in this hotel. My sincere thanks to all of you at the Safa Hotel, who made my stay incredible days. A hug.
