Ritta Höppner Hotel experience

The hotel was beautiful and everything was neat and clean; property well maintained. The tea time in the afternoons were a highlight, delicious tea, beverages, sweet and salad snacks. Breakfasts were so good too, with a variety of fruits, cold cuts, eggs made the way you wanted, pastries, lots of coffee, etc. The room was big, with everything you need, bathroom was well equipped, with a tub and a shower; the only thing that was missing was an extractor in the bathroom.
Concierge and restaurant personnel were very nice, always very helpful; very good staff. Not all of them speaks or understand English, but they always find the way to understand and comply with our requests. One of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Loved it! We will return!

4 night stay, family experience with a 7 month old. We felt very welcome since the moment we arrived, and every need was attended to at all times. The room was lovely, the breakfast and tea were to die for, and the staff was always friendly and happy to help. We would love to return and will probably will next year.

The best of Gramado

The Ritta Hoppner was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything works perfectly fine. This hotel is certainly one of the unmissable experiences in Gramado City. You also get an incredible afternoon tea and free access to one of Gramado's best attractions: Minimundo. Ritta Hoppner offers what we all look for in a hotel, the experience of feeling at home.

Excellent family-run environment

Excellent family-run hotel with a personal touch and high quality. The perfect combination for a picturesque city like Gramado. The individual cabins were a special touch. I highly recommend brunch for a complete experience of the best Gramado has to offer.

5 SERVICE IN GRAMADO

An amazing wedding venue with the best staff ever.
I had reservations before choosing this hotel for our large group of family & friends but these were very quickly allayed.
Everything worked like clockwork and the attention to detail was incredible.
The hotel is everything is says it is.
The style & setting was superb however the staff were the icing on the cake.
They service was 5 STAR .
