Convenient and overall good experience highly recommended. We enjoyed Brunei more because of the services offered by TCRS. Free shuttle to/from airport, very helpful staff, drop off and pick up to the must see places in BSB (the drivers are very nice esp Mr Boy who is very nice), good location close to these sites walking distance and the room is clean with good variety in breakfast. Easy to contact by whatsapp and email. Value for money, amazing 3 star hotel. The receptionist have good handover of work, you can book your trips and the next shift will deliver it well.

Someone from my adventure travel group recommended this property to stay, so truly there were no surprises as I was briefed in advance. The condition of the property was average. But where this place shines is the staff is wonderful and helpful. Also a huge benefit are the free transportation options for the airport and for local sightseeing and the walking distance to the waterfront is fantastic. I also enjoyed having the breakfast being included. I don't need a fancy hotel, just friendly, comfortable and safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel, clean and spacious for a family of three. The free airport shuttle and breakfast are a nice bonus. Staff are cheerful and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality.

Hotels that are happy to offer free transfers to and from airports and tourist points

Benefits:
・Free airport transfers.
・He also picked me up from the Royal Palace and Gadong Night Market.
· The facilities are relatively new and the rooms are clean and spacious enough.
- Showers are easy to use.
· Very quiet environment
· Kiange Market and Royar Regalia are about 10 minutes walk away, and Sultan Omar Mosque and Yayasan Complex (with large supermarket) are also within walking distance.
・Water dispenser (cold water. hot water).
· Staff are responsive.
Disadvantage
・There are no restaurants or shops nearby. However, there is a small night market about a five-minute walk away where you can eat locally.
* There was no toothbrush.
· Very poor breakfast and minimum.
・There is no safety deposit box.
Overall, if you stay here, you can conquer almost all the tourist points for free in two days and one night, and I highly recommend it for a reasonable price.

Adequate value accommodation while visiting Brunei

Stayed 2 nights as tourist in Brunei. Don’t expect 4 or 5 star accommodation. This is 3 star at best and a great value hotel. If you understand that, then this is a great place to stay. The good: Free shuttle to and from airport and to several other sites including the Garuda night market, working AC, strong water pressure in shower, fairly close and walkable to the city sites, adequate breakfast (don’t expect 4 or 5 star breakfast), working WiFi. The bad: Thin walls so noise may be an issue, 1 bath towel limit per person, no complimentary early check in. If your expectations are not high, and you just need adequate and good value accommodations for your time in Brunei, this is your place.
