It was a lovely stay and the hospitality was to notch. Especially the friendly lady who serviced the breakfast room.
The rooms were good but the walls were a bit beat up, the door did not close well (had to pull/push shut) and the pillows were too thick for me.

We wanted to love this place but ultimately were pretty disappointed. The front desk staff at night was very nice. We had a room with an accompanying living room area and pull out couch with a mini kitchen. The pull out had no sheets on it. There were no extra towels or blankets. We had to call down. Our TV was broken on the main side with the king bed. We got the kids set up with tv on their side which had a dvd player. We called down to see if they had dvds - NO. I went to the van to grab some of ours....the dvd player didn't work - there was no remote to work it on tv. We got dressed for pool. I always, ALWAYS book a hotel with a Pool for kids...it's number one determining factor. We were excited for hot tub too. The website listed both. We got there and there was NO HOT TUB. I checked site again to see if I got wrong but no, it was in fact listed. The pool was FREEZING. Like I mean felt as cold as a "cold plunge" pool in a Scandinavian Spa. My kids tried to swim but their lips were purple pretty fast once got up to belly. The price of the room was great.

Fabulous! Wonderful staff, professional and friendly. Room was perfect, very clean, great wifi. I wouldnt change a thing

So i will start this review by stating that staff at the hotel did try their best to deal with the following situation, but despite this our stay was extremely frustrating.
We received a phone call from the hotel to check we were still coming. I told them we would get there around 6 and that is when we arrived.
Upon arrival, there was an issue with the key card reader on the door of our room (314). We were asked to take a seat for 5 or 10 minutes while the problem was fixed. This was frustrating after 5 hours of driving but also, sometimes things cant be helped so we obliged and didnt make a fuss.
The problem was fixed after longer than 10 minutes but again, we were just happy to get in the room.
Fast forward to the next day. We went out for the morning, only to return for the key card reader to again not be working. So we couldnt get into our room. So two members of the hotels cleaning staff had to essentially 'break in' to our room for us to gain access, as there was no way of manually by passing the card reader ( those 2 were fabulous to be fair).
So we got in to our room, then went out again. While we were out, a staff member replaced the batteries for the second time and reprogrammed the reader for a second time. It worked!
Until we went out an hour or so later, then it failed again.
Same process.
Went to a concert at casino rama. Returned to the hotel at 11pm, couldnt get in, had to wait more than half hour to get in.
Waiting for manager to contact us.

I love thus establishment and my stay was very good with the exception of not having any bedding for the pullout couch which my guest slept on using her hoodie to cover with. We didn’t even open the pullout till about 3:30 am but had assumed the bedding would be in the closet. Maybe confirm with clients if the pullout will be used and provide if required.
