Please inform ibis Santiago Estacion Central of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Please note, guests staying with children must present children's ID in order to stay in the same room. Parents will be requested to show their ID and documentation (passport or birth certificate) upon check-in. Legal authorization will be requested for children not staying with their parents. -- Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. * This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.
