Ok old hotell
Ok old hotell in central town. One side of hotell is near the main road through the town so its rather noisy. Reception staff was not very attentive and seemed annoyed. Breakfast was ok. The room we was in didnt have AC so we slept with window open

Check in was not possible before 3pm
Parking in the garage was very tight.
No internet working in the room.
Pretty decent mattresses.
Safe was working.
Some rooms offer less privacy than others, with respect to views from outside into the room.
Good water pressure.

Cozy stay for the whole family – great service and a spacious, pleasant room in central Füssen.
We stayed here for one night with our family during our road trip through Europe and had a lovely experience. The staff were attentive and friendly, and our four-bed room was large and cozy, with a nice bathroom that included a bathtub. The woman at the reception gave us excellent service and helpful information about Neuschwanstein, including how to use the tourist pass for free bus rides, etc.
During our stay, the temperature in Füssen was close to 30°C, which made the room very warm. We had to sleep with the windows open, and it was quite lively on the street below. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs!
Breakfast was good — the kids especially loved the pancake machine, and we enjoyed being able to sit outside in the sun while we ate.
The only downside was the advice we received from the staff regarding EV charging stations. They directed us to a huge garage which, after several laps, turned out to have just one charging spot — and of course, it was taken. About 30 minutes later, we ended up parking in the extremely tight underground garage beneath the hotel (which came we an additional cost of 14€) and fast-charged the car the next morning instead at Jet Strom (Kemptener Straße 34), which worked well.

Worst Experience Ever – A Breeding Ground for Racial Discrimination
I stayed at your hotel from July 2 to July 3. While the facilities were generally clean and the location was convenient, my overall experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious and unacceptable incident during breakfast service.
A staff member—dressed in black, with yellow and black hair—approached me and told me I could not use the coffee machine. No explanation was given at first, and I was told to use the coffee pot instead. Meanwhile, I observed several European guests using the coffee machine freely, some even assisted by the same staff member. When I pointed this out, she claimed that the coffee machine required extra payment—a statement that was neither communicated during check-in nor posted anywhere in the breakfast area.
After I used the machine, she turned it off entirely, which made the situation feel even more targeted and deliberate. The entire interaction left me with a strong impression of racial discrimination, something I have never encountered before in my many years living in Germany.
This experience was not only disappointing but also deeply upsetting. I urge the hotel management to take this matter seriously, investigate it thoroughly, and ensure that no other guests are subjected to such treatment in the future. Discrimination in any form should never be tolerated.
