Normal Stay
Parking in the garage was very tight.
No internet working in the room.
Pretty decent mattresses.
Safe was working.
Some rooms offer less privacy than others, with respect to views from outside into the room.
Good water pressure.

Cozy stay for the whole family – great service and a spacious, pleasant room in central Füssen.
During our stay, the temperature in Füssen was close to 30°C, which made the room very warm. We had to sleep with the windows open, and it was quite lively on the street below. If you’re sensitive to noise, we recommend bringing earplugs!
Breakfast was good — the kids especially loved the pancake machine, and we enjoyed being able to sit outside in the sun while we ate.
The only downside was the advice we received from the staff regarding EV charging stations. They directed us to a huge garage which, after several laps, turned out to have just one charging spot — and of course, it was taken. About 30 minutes later, we ended up parking in the extremely tight underground garage beneath the hotel (which came we an additional cost of 14€) and fast-charged the car the next morning instead at Jet Strom (Kemptener Straße 34), which worked well.

We particularly appreciated the spacious quadruple room and the bathroom with bathtub. The helpful information about Neuschwanstein and how to use the guest pass was also well received – that's a great confirmation for us.
We understand that summer temperatures pose an additional challenge, and the background noise is noticeable on such nights due to the central location. Thank you for your honest feedback and also for the tip to other guests regarding earplugs – your experiences will also help future guests.

We take your comment regarding the information on electric car charging stations very seriously. We are sorry that the recommendation didn't lead to the desired result and that you ultimately had to search for something. The underground parking garage beneath our hotel is a public garage, and the costs are set by the operator.

Worst Experience Ever – A Breeding Ground for Racial Discrimination
A staff member—dressed in black, with yellow and black hair—approached me and told me I could not use the coffee machine. No explanation was given at first, and I was told to use the coffee pot instead. Meanwhile, I observed several European guests using the coffee machine freely, some even assisted by the same staff member. When I pointed this out, she claimed that the coffee machine required extra payment—a statement that was neither communicated during check-in nor posted anywhere in the breakfast area.
After I used the machine, she turned it off entirely, which made the situation feel even more targeted and deliberate. The entire interaction left me with a strong impression of racial discrimination, something I have never encountered before in my many years living in Germany.
This experience was not only disappointing but also deeply upsetting. I urge the hotel management to take this matter seriously, investigate it thoroughly, and ensure that no other guests are subjected to such treatment in the future. Discrimination in any form should never be tolerated.
