Okay hotel.

“Okay hotel with nice rooms, clean surroundings and good location. Friendly staff and ok breakfast. Not luxury, but good for the price. Suitable for a shorter city vacation.
- got free parking. - nice view from the room. Nice for the price.

Bad breakfast

Free parking. Good view towards the harbor on 4. Hall with balcony and lovely large room with 2 pieces 3/4 beds and bathroom with both shower and bathtub ok clean.
But there's no "shake", no coffee in the room, no furniture on the balcony. Really scratched - for example, only 2 small shampoo samples and 2 small hand soaps in the bathroom. A worn hotel that really needs a refreshment in general. The rugs are stained, the furniture is half-old. Lounge area is squeezed. The experience around breakfast buffet is very boring with a poor selection of the cheapest products. The breakfast room is mildly speaking not very cozy. People say nothing because everyone can hear it all. A little music would make a huge difference☺️ and then you have to take off the table yourself.

Absolutely awful!

Terrible, when you come in it is old and things are broken, the elevator is very small and you have to go out to the room. The room smells of sewage, spots on the floor, dust everywhere, the chair is destroyed, a broken socks on the floor which is not our which means that they did not vacuum since last visit..there were also black spots on the lawn and in the bedroom there was extremely much MUGG in the closet and the closet was also destroyed, and no outlet..
Not recommended!!️‼️

Location, confort and post-stay service

Nicely located and with all sea view rooms, it is a good hotel and good value for money. The rooms had all basic facilities except that there was no possibility of making coffee/tea in the room. Over all service was very friendly and efficient, but the breakfast could be iimproved a bit more to include some freshly cooked eggs. For us the most important and impressive experience was the prompt service provdied after our sty when we realised that one of us had forgotten his fleece jacket in the hotel The management/owner was very friendly and quick in sending the jacket to us by PosNord without charging us any money for the postage etc. That is a great good service and gets our loaylity for all future trips to Hirtshals. THANKS

Disappointed.

The hotel has perfect location and incredibly nice views but so disappointed by the quality of the hotel. Paid 2900 kr for family room. Much more than we paid at other hotels. It was very worn, poorly cleaned certain places and spice of butterfly mosquitoes in the bathroom. Breakfast was very simple. This hotel has such a good potential to be very good. Missing kettle and one small fridge in the room.
