The best holiday we’ve ever been on!
The staff…. there are just no words good enough to describe them from the gardeners, to waiters, to managers, the life guard, to the reception staff. They all just want to help any way they can! My husband was poorly for a couple of days, and Salah in the restaurant did every thing he could to ensure he was feeling better, delivering hot mint tea to our room (which worked a treat!).
The two Mahmoud’s (as we called them) in the buffet restaurant were special, and really couldn’t do enough for us.
Olga is lovely, and really goes out of her way to help!
Mohamed (lifeguard) was superb, and tried his best to help with my fear of the sea.
Ahmed and Yasser in the sports bar were so welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble.
Daniel from the entertainment team was brilliant, really friendly and extremely talented. He really cares about the shows and live entertainment the team produces. We had some lovely nights in the piano bar. Thank you!
I could go on but I’d be here all day. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so so much for the best holiday we have ever been on. See you next year, we’re already counting down!

A fantastic hotel all round with amazing staff
We found every member of staff we encountered as helpful, friendly and put us at ease in every area of the hotel and beach. Accommodation didn’t dissapoint either, was kept immaculately clean throughout our stay.
We enjoyed the food in the main restaurant with plenty of choice to suit any taste, didn’t get bored during the 2 weeks. Our favourite restaurant was the Middle Eastern one, although the Italian was also lovely.
We have booked as soon as we got home for a week next May and plan to return hopefully next October. We loved it, big thank you to all ❤️

Great holiday - I discovered Yoga!
Food if anything has got better since we visited in 2022, very fresh and lots of variety.
The site and gardens are immaculately maintained the beach area beautiful, and the house reef is superb, with lots of wildlife even off the end of the hotel jetty.
The site is very accessible, my wife is in a wheelchair and there was almost nowhere we could not get to with only the Tappanyaki Restaurant not possible, and even then the staff were so helpful in assisting us up the 16 wooden steps.
The activity programme was spot on, special mention to Francesco, Beth and Hanna for a very well run and highly professional schedule. Well done TUI it was like have your own personal trainers on holiday, and I have now taken up Yoga on my return home.
The Spa was also heavenly, we went for a multi visit package and it was another highlight and good value.

Didn't want to leave
Foodwise, there was plenty of choice at every meal, and the included white wine was not bad for an all inc. We tried all of the 3 included a la carte restaurants and they were all good but Italian was definitely our favourite. We also had a breakfast box for our day trip to Cairo which was excellent too.
Extras:For our anniversary we treated ourselves to a day at IVO beach which is an extra cost but you are treated like royalty all day. Definitely worth it.
Room service is an extra charge but is a very reasonable price as is the laundry service.
Shops: inside the hotel are several shops, these were not too pricey in comparison to other hotels I've been too. There is also a street of small shops with a pharmacy just beyond the hotel. They are very reasonable and they will invite you in but there's no hassle if you say no.
Very few minor negatives, we liked to sit outside the Italian in the evening for a drink and often there was music playing, which clashed with the live music coming from the piano bar and sometimes also with the fountain show, this is a very minor irritation.
We don't like to go back to the same places, but the excellent staff have made this hotel an exception, and we will definitely be back.
