Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the same credit card used to make the booking must be presented upon check-in. Please Note: Guests at this location are considered children between the ages of 0 to 12. Any guest 13 years of age or older will be considered an adult and will be subject to adult pricing. A compulsory charge of AED 1,400 per adult and AED 700 per child (6 - 12 years) applies to all bookings staying over 31st December. This charge includes a New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner and access to the lobby festivities. The hotel requires a 100% nonrefundable deposit for the entire stay (including the gala dinner charges); this deposit shall be collected 30 days prior to the arrival date. In case of early departure, the property will charge the full amount of the stay plus taxes. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply, and a damage deposit of AED 200 is required.
