Excellent service with classic charm

We stayed at the San Juan Hotel with my family and overall it was a very good experience. The facilities have a classic style and are well maintained. The breakfast buffet included in the stay was delicious and varied. The staff was always very attentive and helpful, even when I had a small mishap, they helped me immediately and with great kindness. You can see that they care about the well-being of the guests.
The only thing I consider as a point to take into account is that the price is quite high if you are not going to enjoy its facilities, but outside of that, everything was excellent.

Don't overlook this hotel. It's really a beauty

It's a magical hotel. For every corner you go you find a surprise in its decoration or history. His obsession is good care and cleanliness. I was in Sheraton Cuenca and although this has more services like the pool, this hotel surpasses it with crests in attention and cleanliness. Breakfast is very complete. It is close to the cathedral and important points such as museums and markets. I was impressed.

A Great Hotel in Cuenca!

We stayed at the San Juan Hotel in Cuenca, Ecuador for the last few days of our amazing tour with Ecuador Expat Journeys. Everything about our stay was outstanding!! Our room was large and beautifully decorated, our bathroom was spacious with excellent water pressure, everything was immaculate! The staff at San Juan Hotel are fantastic - everyone was professional, helpful, welcoming and efficient! Our breakfasts were excellent, with lots of variety and fresh fruit!
An absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect neighborhood - quiet, yet close to everything! Highly recommend it!

Excellent service. Anthony, Joshua, Anita and Rocio had a cordiality that is worth noting.
Very good quality of breakfast and main meals, both in taste and presentation.

unforgetable experience

excellent rooms, very good treatment, I would definitely repeat my stay, the atmosphere is very good whether to be as a couple or with the family, they have a magnificent service, without a doubt one of the best hotels I have visited, the beds, pillows are very comfortable
