Stayed at Casa Marina for 7 nights and wished it never ends. It's an Oasis of Tranquility and great service. Nice and very kind employees, doing their best to satisfy you and always available for you.
We stayed in a beach front bungalow, very spacious with a deck with the sea kissing your small stair of the beach acess. The deck needs a litle maintenance which is understandble due to the sea proximity. The resort is managed by one of the most kind and efficient ladies we met in this trip. Mrs. Thuy Vo is the maestro of the orchestra and under her direction everything runs smoothly.
We told Mrs. Vo about a minor problem with one chair in our deck and 10 minutes later a brigade was in my bungalow replacing the chair and doing an extra cleaning of the deck, that was not necessary at all.
As the restaurant, by the way very affordable, is located in the top of the resort golf cars are available to pick-up you and take you up or down in the resort. You call the reception and in 2 minutes, day or night, a car arrives to take you.
The swimming pool is quite nice and the bar is well located at two steps from the pool and two steps from the beach.
The anniversary of my wife was in February and Mrs. Thuy Vo provided a nice room decor , a nice cake and a flower bouquet . All the employees during the anniversary day were all informed of her special day and they were even more warm and kind to us.
If you want peace, tranquility and excellent service at fair prices, Casa Marina is teh place.

Awful experience
Very bad experience; one thing after another. Pool is just ocean water, pool bar serves almost nothing (or the worst cocktails), we had no hot water, staff is not helpfull, hotel threw a very very loud party without telling us when we booked (they told us the night before) and our kids could not sleep from the loud karaoke, third day we had no water at all and, last but not least, they charged us 30(!) euros for a bag of laundry that we got back pushed in a bag, not even folded. We finally had a conversation with the owner and she gave us a ‘discount’ on the laundry of 15 euros, and that was that. Never ever again and we would NOT RECOMMEND this awful hotel.

Nice site and they gave me
Freee upgrade quiet room was nice but the staff lack professionalism, the spa was the worst back massage I ever had but at least they refund me after I complained and most staff does not speak any English

There were broken drawers in our room, door handles that came off and a TV that flickered. The gym was old and rusty and unusable. The breakfast was fine but we ate elsewhere for every other meal as the resort seemed to not understand Vegan. In saying this the actual location, although inconvenient if you wanted to go anywhere, was very pretty and right on the beach. If the weather was great then the rest probably wouldn't have mattered so much.

Absolutely loved our few days here. Off season so it was quiet and at times the staff outnumbered us 3 to 1. They were unfailingly friendly, and everyone customer-facing spoke at least basic tourist English which I didn't expect but which was welcome - despite our best efforts for months, our Vietnamese is pitiful! A few staff spoke very good English, too.
Super clean facilities that are so much nicer than photos indicate. We stayed in one of the bungalows which was spacious. Comfy beds as well as porch furniture, which made it easy to spend ages staring at the waves. Good AC and showers (water didn't get too hot tho).
The water and beach were both clean and pleasantly sandy - baffled by the comments saying the beach is rocky underfoot. Surf was a little too strong for us to want to swim (did in the pool, which was clean though a bit odd without consistent depth). The tide and wind kept bringing in some plastic trash, which we gathered on beach walks because why not? Apparently the bar at the other end of the beach will give you free beer in exchange for collected beach rubbish if that motivates you.
Food was EXCELLENT. For sure geared to Vietnamese taste but they did have western options if you got tired of the crazy fresh seafood and perfect noodles :) no breakfast buffet while we were there as not enough guests, but plenty of options cooked to order.
Genuinely considered changing the rest of our travel plans just so we could stay here longer. Highly recommended!
