Clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff

Very clean and well presented hotel. Staff were friendly, arranged taxi to airport for a reasonable price and cleaners attended to room everyday. It was one members of the holidays birthday and they kindly gifted us with cava and cake which was a lovely touch. Only downfall would be the pools, they are advertised as much larger online and have limited beds. This was not much of a problem for us as we were staying in October.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in, the service was a literally 10/10, the room for the price was ridiculous, location wise its in the city but not in the rowdy area so its perfect for moving around. Overall there were no faults or problem with this place and will definitely be top of my list if i come back to barcelona

Bad experience with security people disrespect

The hotel is well located the bar staff
Paul and Ricardo very good Service and very good vibe make you feel like you're home
The problem was when one day in the night after coming from work with my group we stayed in the lobby and then in the driveway talking and some drinking in a moment I go to the bathroom and then another partner comes in and out of nowhere yells the security and starts yelling bad way to say that I was doing which is a very serious disrespect why I violate my privacy which I went to put the complaint in reception the boy who was apologizing and it was only in that very bad way how they handled the situation apart one is paying are not doing a favor when you come in one is intimidated with those people would not return

Modern, functional with wide range of improvement.

Modern and functional hotel.
Although the rooms are correct and consistent at the price paid. Services have a wide range of improvements.
Super slow elevators, in a hotel that has more than 22 floors, becomes eternal the wait, the inefficient bar Service and the slow breakfast in restocking.
