Birthday holiday that's being repeated
Spotlessly clean friendly staff huge variety for breakfast.
Our room was on the third floor and we found it super quiet as it was the nature reserve side
The pool.area was beautifully clean the pool.isnt heated but I loved the cool dip daily
We loved it so much we booked to come back before we left

Lovely Little Hotel In A Great Location
Pool - nice and clean pool area with more than enough sun loungers/beds. We were here in Oct/Nov so I wonder if it’s a bit more crowded in the summer?
Food - Breakfast is good with plenty of variety/options. Quite a long queue for a coffee from the machine. We had dinner in the attached restaurant on a few occasions. It has the best view across the water and the food is amazing.
Location - I came here to go kitesurfing but sadly the wind went elsewhere. However, the hotel is situated right on the beach and so there is still lots to do. As you come out of the hotel, you walk along the beach and a long row of shops, cafes and restaurants. All are good but I would recommend the flash point cafe.
All in all, this is a nice little hotel and in a great location.

Beautiful hotel, excellent staff and food :)
Rooms are clean and well decorated.
Breakfast was delicious
It’s perfect location but reallllyyy windy….

Expensive hotel without luxury you expect at this location and for that price.
No air conditioning, which is unacceptable for the Canary Islands.
Small rooms with a mini balcony where the peeled paint is on the ground.
Breakfast buffet is not good: prefab coffee and fruit juice, little fresh fruit and vegetables... little hygiene and many tables are full of used crockery that is not cleared.
Staff at the restaurant are friendly but barely speak English (causing misunderstandings when ordering). Staff at reception are unfriendly (except 1 young lady with brown hair).
At the pool are garden furniture falling apart.
There is no fitness and some terraces are not equipped with cushions, so unusable.
No free yoga or Pilates sessions from the hotel.
No free amenities for windsurfers/kiters/surfers. Is all payable extra. This while 75% of the clientele come to El Medano for this.
All in all expensive and little luxury. Same for the kitchen. A shame because it is a nice location / spot. Clear need for modern and customer-oriented management / management who have knowledge of hotel management.
