Nice but far for walkers

My partner and I went to spend one night because we were doing the road from Santiago. The location for walkers is bad as it forces you to leave the route and deviate a few kilometers. The area is designed to have a car as there are not many services nearby and the village is away walking.
The comfortable beds, the bathroom somewhat dirty as we found hairs from previous guests. The window of the room could barely be opened as it was too high and blocked by the curtain.
Special mention to the receptionist, a charm. It is nice to meet such competent and pleasant people. Thank you for your service and attention. He helped us a lot.
Next to the reception have a coffee machine for you to serve yourself free. Although there is only whole milk and they have it out of the fridge, which in these heats gives a little something. There is also a vending machine and they have a restaurant, although the prices of this somewhat high.

Very good experience.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Unpretentious hotel but meets expectations. Clean and with everything you need to rest. Access was with a code because we arrived after hours, but without problems. Easy parking at the door.
What ruined it were some clients, as always happens, who arrived at dawn making noise and, of course, woke us up.
Thank you, I would return.

Racist attitude from the owner...

we had a terrible and sad experience with the owner.. he made racist comentaries and even insinued that we did not have values just because we were not Europeans... we end up cancelling the booking immediately..

A Surprise Find

We were in San Sebastian during a time when everything was sold out and to stay in the more touristy place shelling out more. The hotel is about 20 min by bus from the downtown and the bus stop is 100 m from the hotel and buses ply well into mid-night. It has free onsite parking and a restaurant. It is neat and clean. Breakfast is modest. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Neighbourhood is quite and peaceful. Since it is a little away from the main city, there are no restaurants in the area. However there are a few eating joints about 5-10min by car. So if you planning to grab a late night dinner the hotel's restaurant is the best bet.

Welcoming and Perfect Location!

We would recommend this hotel every time. Had a great room with windows going halfway around the room. Very clean and spacious. Ideal to visit San Sebastian. The gentleman on reception was so friendly and extremely helpful, He gave us the bus times and even went as far as coming outside with us to show us the bus stop when it was time to catch it and we hadn`t even asked him. He then served us a very pleasant breakfast in the morning. Free parking outside in the car park which felt very safe.
