Superior
Excellent for its location. In front of the train station, bus terminal. Excellent coffee. Staff very attentive and kind. This was the seventh stay in this hotel. I don't need to say anything else.

As expected for a 3*
The room was clean with a small cupboard that had a safe. One cupboard door had a mirror on it. There was a desk, chair and mini fridge. There were 2 chocolates on the pillow when i checked in. I was in room 403 with a balcony. The shower door did not slide fully closed and the hair dryer did not work. The AC does not work well, I thought it was broken because there was no air which you can really notice in 37 degree heat. I spoke to 3 people at Reception and all were unhelpful. The AC was not broken it just isn’t the best unit. Which was confirmed by other people I was travelling with that had the same problem. Would not recommend to stay here in the summer. It is a good location right near the main atocha station and next to museo de prado. Free water station and sweets in Reception.

Attention to guests
At reception, everyone was very attentive, and Vicky in the dining room was very friendly and helpful and the coffee very good. The hotel is very clean. The location of the hotel is excellent and the train station is a few steps away, I recommend it either for vacation or work.

Good stay
Clean as a whistle.
Room was a bit small but quiet. A coffe maker would have been nice. Breakfast good. No bar or restaurant on site.
