Very comfortable and well located to enjoy the heart of town

Very comfortable luxury hotel: we had a large bright room on the 6th floor with a clear view. Great bathroom, good bedding and everything is very clean. Great location to visit the old town (half a day is enough, the heart of Pamplona is very small) and close to the lively streets with very nice restaurants and tapas bar, but in a quiet street.
Be careful, the citadel is entirely pedestrian: it is absolutely necessary to reserve a parking space at the hotel.
Note: no need to book breakfast in advance, you will choose on site. Either the buffet served until 10.30am with a choice of fresh produce (14.50€) or the restaurant-bar on the ground floor of the hotel offers coffee and co all day.
A little warning maybe: plan earplugs if you plan to sleep late, because the church right next door starts ringing at 8am and then every 15 minutes (and until 10.30pm)
A big thank you to the people at the reception, very kind and helpful, as well as the cross-employees at breakfast and on the floors: everyone is smiling and pleasant.

Day 3 of Frances Way Camino

This hotel is right in the heart of the city. We arrived here on a Saturday and it was bustling with locals and tourists. The hotel room was big and spacious with a nice bath and bathroom. Check in was easy. We ate something small in the hotel bar before going out to explore the city. The hotel staff were very nice and we had a fantastic breakfast buffet the next morning to set us up for another day of walking. Would highly recommend this hotel

Definitely stay again - cool Location in the old city, walking to lots of restaurants, giant rooms, some with views, good shower.
Seemed a tiny bit expensive at €175 a night but still worth it - nice front desk staff
Did not eat the breakfast but I kinda wished I had - looked excellent

Hotel great location. Right in the middle of everything. Hotel great breakfast great. However beds are rock hard, mattresses are not good.

Nice hotel

This hotel was a welcome relief from the Camino, in a great location in Pamplona. Check in was so quick and easy, just what we needed. Staff are great including at breakfast when nothing was a problem. Breakfast selection is amazing! Based on photos on the website there are some great rooms with views. Sadly we didn’t get one of them. Our room was serviceable, but very small and we looked across windows to other rooms of the hotel and we couldn’t see the sky. Bathroom is ok, but again very small. I would recommend requesting a room with a view and avoid tiny rooms like the one we had.
