Overall fine but dirty bathroom
The breakfast we liked as it is buffet and has a bit of everything. Very complete. The restaurant and cafeteria food is also very good and varied. The staff is friendly and helpful and the room has and the bathroom is the right size.
The bad: Cleaning the bathroom. This is the first time it's happened to us at this hotel. The day of arrival the shower tray was dirty, not with sand, but with dirt that could have been removed by letting the shower water run.
The whole metal shower apparatus was filled with the dry traces of lime water everywhere, from top to bottom and that is something that is simply wiped down with a damp cloth. I cleaned half of it myself to see if they noticed the difference when we took the bath the next day but nothing. They never cleaned it.
Likewise, we never had gel in the shower boat because when we arrived it was empty and I didn’t know they bothered in the five days to check that there was no gel, so we used the shampoo and showered with flip-flops, as it did not give any assurance the lack of cleaning. Plus a bad first impression and feeling of leaving.

Opinion
The first time we left delighted we were given a room that fulfilled everything we needed and the restaurant is great.
This time we leave just as happy with the staff attention that is unbeatable, with the restaurant food that is the same menu as the other time and is perfect. But the room is what we liked least, although it is also very good, but the feeling of the beds was not the same and this time we had no sea views.
Highlight the restaurant's attention and food that are great.
