All ok

Perfect care
Facilities very well, as everything improveable
Restaurant, good food, two meals. Dinner and two breakfast ok
Divine Torrija
The single "sticks" the powdered cheese on top makes it drier, loses juiciness
But it's still good cook-restaurant, I'd repeat and I'm kind of weird
Price restaurant and breakfast right
The spa fine.
It is to repeat, the bad thing is that there is nothing in the surroundings, only beach
But for a couple of days or for a week of sunny beach is perfect

Abusive prices

The price of drinks at the cafeteria is a real rip-off... A coffee with milk 2.60€, an apple cider 3.50€ and to top it all off, a very badly poured beer on top of your face. Next time you'll fool outsiders, but not your neighbors. We will not return.

Cold. Bad experience.

The days we stayed were very cold days, but it is no excuse to get cold in the hotel room. The heating worked but not enough. In the Spa even worse, very cold, the cold water and the Turkish bath smelled like paint. Bad experience.

We will return without any doubt

We spent a whole week with my wife and daughter, the first thing to highlight the great attention and empathy from everything and I say all the hotel staff. Very good reception, due to the time of year the Spa was practically empty, very clean and the water warm. The rooms are very good. We had half board and stayed for dinner, the spectacular dinner, every night we were presented with a menu with three first and three seconds with drink and dessert included, we had difficulty in knowing what to choose, because it was all great. Thank you xef for your wisdom in the kitchen, we enjoy it death. To put a but, we simply lacked a room with gym. The situation is very good, 20 minutes from Santander and all the corners we wanted to visit. We'll be right back. Just end by thanking everyone for giving us a wonderful stay. THANK YOU

A totally overrated 4 stars

Pros: the location and view from the terrace of our room. Nice reception staff, hearty breakfast.
Old-fashioned bedroom and bathroom and minimal bedding.
Spa for 8 to 10 people max: 2 jets, 2 broth beds, 1 Jacuzzi and 1 Turkish bath. No staff at the spa so no control: people without caps as requested. As a hygiene measure, shoes should be left at the entrance. No bathrobe, only towels to rent at the reception.
The restaurant is located in the middle of the cafeteria. No special menu for the restaurant, so we do not know who can eat on beautiful white tablecloths with cloth napkins or stay on basic tables that are not served by the staff...
An organization of the Inn to deplore: during our breakfast and following the Check-out of a tourist bus, 2 employees did not stop carrying tables and chairs by sliding them on the ground. We were only 3 tables but we didn’t get along... We witnessed a half hour dining room move! Wasn’t it possible to wait for the 3 Pension guests to finish their breakfast?
In conclusion, a Pension that really does not deserve its 4 stars.
